Permas Dormitory is one of the first self-sustaining dormitories ever built in the state of Johor with functional amenities for occupants staying inside the community. Permas Dormitory is designed with the concept of creating a new generation of sustainable dormitories – a dormitory where foreign workers can call second home. With the state-of-the-art dormitory system in place, a variety of facilities and services are provided to foreign workers to ensure their basic day-to-day needs are well taken care of within the premise of the dormitory.

With the facial recognition entry system and CCTVs, Permas Dormitory is equipped with modern technologies and Dormitory Management System to ensure workers live in a safe and harmonious living environment.

Sustainable Community Facilities

Sufficient and well-maintained facilities and services such as convenient mart, laundry shop, canteen, barbershop, telco shop, outdoor court, and multipurpose hall are provided for the convenience and wellbeing of workers.

Protect Welfare of Workers

Permas Dormitory is designed strictly adhering to the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct to ensure workers are treated with respect and dignity. To name a few, sick bay is provided and a medical doctor will perform his rounds at the dormitory occasionally.
