Riding on the momentum of Johor Bahru’s booming real estate market driven by the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Johor branch will be organizing the Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) Johor 2025 from April 11 to 13 (Friday to Sunday). The event will take place at Johor Bahru City Square from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, featuring 27 developers and 78 exhibition booths.

REHDA Johor Chairperson Datuk Tee See Lee told this publication that unlike previous years, this edition of MAPEX will offer special promotional packages for buyers who purchase properties during the exhibition. Potential homeowners are encouraged to take advantage of these offers and secure their ideal property during the event.

In addition, REHDA Johor will host a MAPEX 2025 Developers’ Networking Night at 7:00 PM on April 11 at AMARI Hotel Johor Bahru. All participating developers, key players in Johor’s real estate industry, and other stakeholders are invited. The networking session aims to strengthen industry connections, foster collaboration, and explore the latest trends and developments in the Johor-Singapore Economic Zone.
