On September 21, 2024, Asteria Group Berhad (AGB) proudly held the official launch of Asteria Melaka Tower C, marking another major milestone in the group’s development journey. The grand event took place at the Asteria Melaka Sales Gallery and was officiated by the Chief Minister of Melaka, YAB Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh. Asteria Melaka Tower C is on track for completion by December 2024, with the Certificate of Completion targeted for release in Q2 2025. Since its preview in August, the tower has achieved over 36% booking within just one month—highlighting solid market demand and confidence in AGB’s product offerings.
