Johor Bahru, 2 August 2021 – Acoustech Berhad has officially rebranded to Axteria Group Berhad, marking a significant milestone in the company’s transformation into a dynamic and trusted real estate development group. The change reflects Axteria’s commitment to innovation, growth, and delivering high-quality property solutions.

In line with the rebranding, the company has also updated its stock short name to AXTERIA for ordinary shares and AXTERIA-WA for warrants. The stock code 7120 remains unchanged.

The rebranding extends to its group of subsidiaries, which have also adopted new names to align with the Axteria identity. Notable changes include:

This strategic move aims to position Axteria as a more cohesive and recognizable brand in the competitive real estate market.

We refer to our announcement dated 27 May 2021 regarding the Proposed Change of Company Name.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name from the Companies Commission of Malaysia, confirming the name change from Acoustech Berhad to Axteria Group Berhad, effective 19 July 2021.

Consequently, the Company’s official website has also changed from www.acoustech.com.my to www.agb.my
