Axteria Group Berhad has launched “A-SOHO Johor Jaya”, an integrated serviced apartment in Taman Johor Jaya on 13 July 2024. The development combines residential and business functionality into one, with flexible spatial planning to cater to diverse homebuyer needs, aiming to enhance convenience in future community living.

The “A-SOHO Johor Jaya” project was officially launched today by Johor Bahru Mayor Dato’ Mohd Noor. The event also marked the announcement of the group’s new business strategy in collaboration with its partners, symbolizing the group’s move into a new phase of development.

Dato’ Mohd Noor stated that the project will help promote independent community development. Attending the event were community chairman Mr. Abdul Rahman, state assemblywoman for Johor Jaya Ms. Chew Chia Ee, as well as other local leaders and council members. He emphasized that integrated developments differ from traditional housing in terms of purpose and positioning — the former meets the needs of urban families and the younger generation through multifunctional design.

“A-SOHO Johor Jaya” is not only ideal as a residence but can also be flexibly adapted into office or commercial spaces. Its versatile layout and wide range of facilities cater to a variety of living and business needs.

The development comprises two towers (Tower A and Tower B), each with 23 floors. There are a total of 36 retail units on the ground level.
